Party pals was established when my young son had a visit from his hero Bob The Builder at nursery. It was his most exciting and memorable day at nursery. Meeting his hero was so memorable. Unfortunately children's interest and heroes change so quickly and can be hard to keep up with hence the development of a portfolio of favorite character costumes.
